By the end of this 90-minute workshop on Introduction to Outlook, participants will be able to:

  1. Navigate the Outlook interface with ease, including accessing the main menu, inbox, and other essential features.

  2. Create, send, and manage emails effectively, including formatting, adding attachments, and organizing messages in folders.

  3. Utilize the calendar feature to schedule appointments, meetings, and events, including setting reminders and sending invitations to attendees.

  4. Organize and manage contacts using the People feature, including creating distribution lists and adding new contacts.

  5. Customize Outlook settings to suit their preferences and workflow, including adjusting display options and setting up automatic replies.

  6. Understand how to integrate other tools and applications with Outlook, such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

  7. Use Outlook's search function to quickly find emails, contacts, and other information.

  8. Understand basic email etiquette and best practices for managing email efficiently and effectively.

  9. Utilizing imersive reader and dictate for creating emails.
