LET US HELP YOU INTEGRATE 3D PRINTING INTO YOUR CLASSROOM
A WINDOW INTO LEARNING HOW 3D PRINTERS WORK
Laurie Carey Consulting would like to come in and deliver an immersive experience on learning how 3D Printers work. In this one hour workshop your teachers will be introduce to the JellyBox a build it yourself 3D printer.
This workshop will immerse your teachers into the world of problem solving and an introduction into 3D Printing. Using the Jellybox to provide teachers foundational skills that they can then teach in their classrooms to support the development of critical thinking, synthesizing information, and real world problem solving to life. The JellyBox is design to be built in the classroom as a learning program to immerse students into how 3D printers work, what better way to do that than to build one together.
The “Explore the Jellybox” workshop was designed as a subset of our “3D Printing In The Classroom“ curriculum, which is one of our 20 hour STEAM programs. This program is designed to support teachers in grades K-12 with a discovery into learning how 3D printers are made, and how to integrate them into the classroom.
We have developed a number of programs that will bring your district into the leader role for STEAM education. Visit our website Laurie Carey Consulting, to learn more and take advantage of our free consulting workshop to help you plan your 2017-2018 year.
